The main product problem was operational fragmentation. Agents were moving between CRMs, spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, calendars, listing tools, and reporting dashboards, creating unnecessary friction and missed opportunities.
As Lead Product Designer, I designed a scalable dashboard experience that brought complex workflows into a clear, structured, and high-frequency interface. Impact was: 1) Reduced estimated daily admin time by 35–45%. 2) Centralized property, lead, transaction, and communication workflows into one system. 3) Improved visibility across team performance and pipeline activity. 4) Designed a scalable product architecture ready for AI-assisted workflows and future automation.
