As the lead Product Designer on the project, I focused on building a scalable dashboard experience that could balance operational complexity with clarity and usability. The product combined CRM workflows, analytics, scheduling, messaging, and AI-assisted interactions into a cohesive interface tailored for high-frequency daily usage.
A significant part of the work involved designing flexible data-heavy experiences — from property management and lead pipelines to transaction monitoring and collaborative communication flows — while maintaining a clean visual system focused on readability, efficiency, and fast decision-making.
