During discovery interviews and research, one recurring problem became immediately clear: Most finance agents were still relying on: paper notes, WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets memory, or scattered tools to manage highly important client information and follow-ups.
This created constant operational issues: missed calls, forgotten renewals, lost documents, delayed follow-ups, inconsistent client tracking, and a general lack of visibility across teams. For businesses built around timing and relationships, losing a reminder often meant losing revenue. GestFinance transformed the entire workflow into a structured operational system where every client interaction could be tracked, organized, and automated. One of the most impactful parts of the product was the AI-powered assistance layer integrated directly into the workflow. Instead of agents manually remembering everything, the system actively supported them.
