The key problem was that critical client information was scattered across paper notes, WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, memory, and disconnected tools. In a business where timing directly affects revenue, a missed follow-up can mean a lost opportunity.

I designed and built through Claude, Cursor and v0 a structured operational system that helps agents track every client relationship, automate reminders, manage documents, and surface the right action at the right time. Impact was: 1) Reduced missed follow-ups by an estimated 50%. 2) Centralized client data, reminders, documents, and sales activity. 3) Improved visibility across renewals, opportunities, and agent performance. 4) Created an AI-assisted layer to help agents prioritize daily work and reduce manual tracking.
