The product problem was that property matching is still mostly manual, repetitive, and based on surface-level filters. Agents often spend hours translating vague client preferences into usable search criteria.
I designed a matching experience that reframed property discovery around compatibility, combining financial data, lifestyle needs, emotional preferences, urgency, and investment goals. Impact was: 1) Reduced estimated property shortlisting time by 60%. 2) Helped agents generate more relevant matches with less manual filtering. 3) Expanded property search beyond basic criteria like price, location, and bedrooms. 4) Created a more consultative buying experience for clients.
